"Le Maraschine Bed & Breakfast is situated in the Umbria countryside, on the Sagrantino wine road, between Spoleto and Montefalco.

The property, with 8 sleeping beds, is built and furnished with the typical style of the traditional Umbrian's houses.

At the ground floor 2 big brick arches separate the common guests spaces: the entrance, the kitchen and the living room with the 2 sofa beds, TV, wooden bookcase and a fireplace.

From the living room, up to the stairs, you immediately see the wooded roof of the second floor, where you find the sleeping area and outside, with the terrace access, a laundry.

The B&B offers accommodation in 3 bedrooms, decorated with simplicity but with good taste, which can accommodate 6 guests.

The biggest one has a king-size bed, a TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The second one, a double bedroom smaller than the first is provided with TV and shares the main bathroom (with hairdryer, shower and bathtub) with the other room.

The third bedroom has a single bed and a cradle for possible baby guests.
